This 2176 sq. ft.luxurious condo comes fully equipped for you to enjoy your time at the beach! You'll love the location and comfort this condo provides! There are 3 towers in this building with this unit being the top unit of it's tower (so no one is above you). 3 beds and 3 baths (a rare find this close to Flagler Ave). We just finished a complete paint job just in time for 4th of July 2020. Bedroom carpeting was replaced in April 2021. The rest of the unit is tiled. We are in the building so if you have any concerns we are here to help you out. There is a ring doorbell to assist with entry if needed with electronic lock entry. We've added a xbox one and one controller for the gamers to enjoy. Tons of beach toys including a surf board, skim board, "good" boogie boards (not the cheap ones that break easily), CANOPY TENT, fishing rods, cooler and many other amenities that can't be beat. NEW ADDITION OF 2 CRUISER BIKES AS OF SPRING OF 2023.

This is the perfect place to pamper yourself and relax or be adventurous and try something new! Surfing, skim boarding, boogie boarding, body surfing, beach combing, sun bathing, fishing, biking, etc. All just steps from this beautiful condo. Construction finished in Jan 2007 so it is one of the newest condos on the beach. Beautiful sunrises and often you'll see dolphin playing in the water right outside the unit and turtles nesting right in front of the condo.
One hour drive to Orlando theme parks and outlet malls - 20 min drive to Daytona 500 - Minutes to I-95 access to Interstate that runs north and south along the coastline - 45 min to Mt. Dora (known for Antique shopping) - about an hour to Historic St. Augustine - about an hour from Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area. Local area attractions include: scenic Lighthouse at Ponce Inlet, Historic Flagler Avenue, Sugar Mill Ruins, Turnbull ruins, Canal Street, Turtle Mound at Canaveral National Seashore, marinas to check out fishing or golf courses to sharpen your swing.
